Child Safety Policy for iSocialize

iSocialize is a social commerce platform designed for businesses to connect, engage, and sell effectively. While the platform is intended for professional use by adults, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment and have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of child exploitation or endangerment.

Age Restriction

iSocialize is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Our features and content are tailored for professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. While our platform includes social commerce and entertainment aspects, it is not suitable for children or minors under the age of 18.

If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using our services. Parents or guardians who discover that their child has accessed iSocialize should contact us immediately at info@isocialize.me. We will take the necessary steps to secure the account and remove any associated data.

Recommendation for Age-Appropriate Use

iSocialize strongly recommends that only users aged 18 and above access the platform to maintain a safe, professional, and business-oriented environment. Should future platform developments include features appealing to a broader age range, we will implement robust parental controls, content moderation, and age verification tools to ensure compliance with child safety standards.



Prohibition of Child Exploitation and Obscene Content

iSocialize enforces a strict policy against any content or activities involving child exploitation, abuse, or nudity. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including real or non-real depictions of minors in sexualized or explicit scenarios.
  • Obscene images or videos of children, whether real or digitally created.
  • Sharing, soliciting, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Activities that involve grooming, coercing, or exploiting minors for sexual or inappropriate interactions.

If any such content is identified on our platform, we will:

  1. Immediately remove the content and suspend or terminate the offending account.
  2. Report the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement agencies, in compliance with applicable laws.



Content Moderation

We actively monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with our policies and to maintain a safe environment.

  • Inappropriate content, including depictions of child nudity or abuse, is promptly removed.
  • Any accounts found violating our policies will face immediate action, including suspension or permanent ban.

Even well-intentioned sharing of nude or explicit images of children, such as family photos, is not allowed to prevent potential misuse or abuse by others.

Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or inappropriate content or interactions through our in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support team at info@isocialize.me. All reports are thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate actions are taken promptly.
