Age Restriction Policy

1. Minimum Age Requirement

iSocialize is intended only for individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years of age.

By accessing or using the iSocialize platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, and
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to and comply with our policies and terms.

Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an account or use the iSocialize service.

2. Compliance With Child Protection Laws

iSocialize complies with applicable child protection and privacy regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and global data protection standards.

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from individuals under the age of 16.

If we become aware that an account has been created by someone under the minimum required age, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the account

3. Age Confirmation

Providing false or misleading information regarding age may result in:

  • Suspension of the account
  • Permanent termination of access to the iSocialize platform

4. Parents and Guardians

If you believe that a person under the age of 16 has created an account or submitted personal information to iSocialize, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and remove the information where appropriate.

5. International Users

iSocialize operates globally. Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction regarding minimum age requirements for digital services.

Where local laws require a higher minimum age, those laws will apply.
